The husband and I decided to have a date night tonight at our go to of Carrabba’s! It truly never disappoints. Brianna was our server tonight as was the absolute best service we have ever had, even though we always have great service. Brianna was very personable, gave great recommendations and was the sweetest! The husband tried the Italian old fashioned and in his words was it was stout and insanely smooth, while I had the new seasonal peach margarita and it was perfection! The Parmesan crusted shrimp and scallops were divine and we finished the night off with the peach and blackberry crostata that was mouthwatering! Always a pleasure and can’t wait until our next night out.

My second visit here and both times the food, atmosphere and service have been very nice! The mushrooms are very satisfying and today I had the pleasure of trying the raspberry peach crostata, it is the taste of summer!! Glenn was my waiter today, he’s very attentive and informative. He made sure that I left with all necessary organs in my to go bag! Enjoy your summer here!

Oh my goodness I am so behind on giving my reviews. This review is to highlight the employee Paul or Parker. I wrote his name down and now cannot seem to find the information anywhere. Anyways he is an African American young man who wants to pursue xray tech for cardiology. We had the pleasure of him waiting on us for our anniversary celebration and we were treated like we were the only persons in the restaurant. He was professional, conversational, attentive, and made sure we had every single thing we needed. When ask about a meal choice he recommended his favorite and it did not disappoint. The restaurant was clean, food was delicious and drinks were fantastic. I highly recommend this restaurant to others looking to enjoying a nice afternoon or evening get together.

Been going to Carrabas in Beaumont for 20+ years. Even proposed to my wife there. By far the WORST experience at what I would consider a higher end restaurant. Service was terrible. Food was thrown together. And both me and wife have a waiter/waitress background so it takes a lot for us to really frown on. We asked if it was possible to get a side of noodles with a light sauce. Maybe a little butter and some lemon. Was told no problem. Got the side dish and it was drenched in their lemon butter sauce. If your a chef you would know how strong your sauces are, why would you drench the noodles. We asked for a side of spinach as well. That dish never came. Out waitress picked up our check before we even put a card in. Was quick to check us out but not once checked on us after we received our food. She also would have noticed the spinach never came out. When I told her to remove that on the check, I got a "oh ok." Nothing more. My wife was empty on wine her entire meal and drank water that was randomly dropped off from another waiter. So for some reason we have not been here in quite a while.. well that changes today... WOW! The food was so good.. it was like a flavor explosion in your mouth! The waitress Cassie was so nice and so helpful with her recommendations.. she made our dinner and absolute treat.. From the Espresso Mocha Martini.. to the Peach Belinie the drinks were AMAZING! The food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious! If you want some awesome Italian food this is the place to come.. the food and service was top notch for sure! I definitely recommend coming here and make sure you ask for Cassie! We will definitely be coming back soon!
